Marshall Health Network welcomes new internal medicine specialists in endocrinology, infectious disease and nephrology.

Ali Ajmal, M.D. is an endocrinologist specializing in diabetes and disorders of the thyroid, adrenal and bone. He earned his medical degree from the Latin American School of Medicine in Cuba, with residencies at Mount Sinai Hospital in Illinois and Johnston Memorial Hospital in Virginia, and a fellowship at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Ajmal is accepting new patients and referrals at the Bruce Chertow Diabetes Center in Huntington (304-691-1000).

Teseir Hamdani, M.D. is an endocrinologist specializing in diabetes. He earned his medical degree from the University of Tripoli in Libya, with a residency at Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington and a fellowship at Indiana University. Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Hamdani is accepting new patients at the Bruce Chertow Diabetes Center in Huntington (304-691-1000).

Jamila Ranavaya, M.D. is an infectious disease specialist. She earned her medical degree and completed her residency at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine. She also completed a fellowship at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. Ranavaya is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington.
